We gutted the interior of this 1960's built 550 sq. ft. apartment, removing the layers of age and previous partial renovations. After cleansing the space we clarified the interior planning, relocating doors and walls and injecting energy and vibe with colour and a retro feel.
The bespoke furnishings include a sofa which doubles as a storage unit, providing acres of extra storage while avoiding clutter on the walls. A piece of wood found by Kevin was the inspiration for and eventually became the table top of the coffee table - interjecting an organic counterpoint to the more contemporary elements.
The space is finished off with original art and retro accessories to enhance the effect
